Professional Development Design Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking someone to proofread professional development materials, ensuring that they are completely error-free. Materials include but are not limited to PowerPoint presentations, handouts, online modules, proposals, and memos.

Responsibilities:

Proofread professional development materials.
Assist with tasks such as screen-grabbing, photo-editing, editing documents in Adobe InDesign, and entering demo data into our system.
Format handouts from Word into InDesign.
Maintain the Professional Development Design team’s project calendar documents.
Communicate with printers as needed to ensure we meet deadlines.
Administer the team’s blog and wiki.

Requirements:
- 1+ years work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong ability to proofread documents so that they are error-free.
- Enthusiasm for and comfort within fast-paced, entrepreneurial company culture.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
- Fluency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, a must.
- Ability to think creatively and contribute to a collaborative team.
