Your Role

We're on the lookout for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to spearhead our inventory tracking and procurement operations for the digital signage network. The primary responsibility will be managing inventory levels, ordering necessary parts, and ensuring efficient billing procedures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory for Outfront Media Digital Division.
  • Establish minimum stocking levels for parts.
  • Procure parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Create and monitor Purchase Orders.
  • Ensure accurate billing coding for all part invoices.
  • Maintain comprehensive databases for tracking parts usage and shipments.
  • Generate customized reports as needed.
  • Oversee the management of our cellular modem network, including invoice separation and market-specific charge allocation.
  • Handle packing and shipping of parts and equipment as required.
  • Execute tasks according to complex instructions with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company information.
  • Conduct duties in a professional and efficient manner.

Physical/Mental Demands and Environment:

Expect to be juggling tasks, moving around, and tackling detailed work in a fast-paced environment. Verbal and written communication skills are a must, and you'll need to be comfortable handling up to 50 lbs. of gear.

Preferred Qualifications/Education:

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Ability to prioritize and set objectives, enabling them to meet time/schedule constraints and adapt plans and schedules promptly in response to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and proficiency in performing in a highly dynamic environment, with a comfort level in dealing with ambiguity.
  • Proficient in both oral and written communication.
  • Strong team player who can work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, adept at handling details, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
