The Environmental Justice Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and communicatingabout NYPA programs in support of environmental justice (EJ). Through contacts and initiatives identified by NYPA, thecoordinator will interact with NYPA EJ stakeholders in communities surrounding NYPA facilities.The Coordinator will be part of an existing team who are responsible for raising awareness and the deployment of NYPA's programs and initiatives by building and maintaining relationships with educational leaders, civic leaders, community and public opinion makers, business executives and special interest groups in those communities which have Power Authority facilities and/or strategic initiatives.#LI-CJ1
The New York Power Authority is committed to providing fair, competitive, and market-informed compensation. The target salary range for this position is: $65,420-$85,000. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
