Seneca Holdings is seeking a highly capable SharePoint Administrator to manage our SharePoint environment. You will be configuring and maintaining our SharePoint platform, including our Intranet and Document Management System.

To ensure success as a SharePoint administrator, you should be a technical expert and manage the SharePoint platform and environments in the areas of workflow, administration, configuration, upgrades, design, continuous improvement, performance optimization and create automations. The Administrator works closely with the departments/programs across the entire company to build out and maintain content specific information in the company's SharePoint environment and create a positive experience for end-users.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Creating and managing SharePoint sites, workflows, and permissions.
  • Create Workflows/Automations as identified for outdated processes and solve unique business problems.
  • Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform and intranet.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
  • Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
  • Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and trends.
  • Ability to work with end users, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and drive projects forward.
  • Ability to create custom reports to provide relevant metrics related to SharePoint engagement.

Required Skills

  • At least 3 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator.
  • 3+ years' experience in PowerApps, Power Platform, or Power Automate.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as Dataverse, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of Customization and Coding Experience: JSON, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
  • Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, and project management skills.
