Great Hill Solutions is looking to hire an experienced CARE Platforms Data Operations Leadready to support a dynamic cutting edge program. The Data Administrator is responsible for providing outreach services to American and Afghan citizens in Afghanistan who qualify to travel to the United States and or to alternative countries. The successful representative will address issues/correspondence with high levels of confidentiality while maintaining information security during all stages of the outreach process. The ideal candidate for this role must be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and possess outstanding communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.

Great Hill Solutionsis seeking a CARE Platforms Data Operations Lead to support our DOS contract CONUS and abroad.

This position will be a TDY position for 3-6months+ to the Philippines/Germany/Albania/site TBD or so before becoming permanent onsite

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the Data Operations workstream across CARE platforms in coordination with Project Manager and Deputy Project Manager to improve process efficiencies, enhance data integrity, and to implement best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs
  • Understand ServiceNow development capabilities and drive enhancement recommendations based on information collected from end users and other stakeholders
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on data operations-related issues and participate in cross-functional initiatives as needed
  • Ensure use of systems follow agreed upon policies and procedures set forth by DOS, Consular Affairs, and other interagency partners
  • Coordinate the standardization of data operations best practices, including the development of standard operating procedures
  • Leverage both proven and innovative technology approaches to solve challenging business problems
  • Work on continuous system improvement by sharing experiences and knowledge with the team
  • Advise internal management and interagency stakeholders on options, risk, and impacts of policy / programmatic changes on data operations and make recommendations on solutions
  • Ability to develop process maps, data visuals, and materials to support Data Operations

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing a team, preferably deploying agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience/ combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a key technical development resource for large scale ServiceNow developed solutions in client environments
  • Ability to meet the expectations and requirements of the internal customers and senior management
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and professional guidance to managers, team, and vendors
  • Effective communication in a matrixed environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills
  • Provide technical assessments, written documentation, and technical expertise (Hands-on experience documenting technical designs and UAT scripts)
  • US citizenship with an Active Secret Security Clearance or Higher
  • Current US passport, not expiring in the next 6 months

Desired Skills:

  • Tableau, PowerBI, Data Analysis Skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of out of the box ServiceNow functionality
  • Agile Methodology familiarity
  • Knowledge of U.S. Refugee Admissions Program, Resettlement, Consular Processing
  • Knowledge of Department of State's bureaus, programs, and role in the US Government
  • Consular / Resettlement Agency / USCIS / or other relevant experience
  • Experience handling highly confidential information is highly preferred
  • Experience and certification in ServiceNow application development preferred
