JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include but are not limited to:
Stock and organize parts and supplies for assembly lines in a timely fashion
Assists with receiving when needed
Inspect finished goods prior to shipment
Tag unacceptable parts
Prepare and file reports
Report defects to supervisors and Quality Department
Safely operate forklifts
Performs any other duties as assigned
Serves on teams or committees as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to safely operate a forklift
Must be able to work with limited supervision
Must be a self-starter and possess initiative
Must possess excellent organizational skills
Must possess strong housekeeping, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills
Must be team player and possess a great attitude
Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Must possess ability to work flexible hours including overtime based on customer needs
Demonstrated ability to use good judgment and make sound decisions
Possess an excellent attendance record
Must be willing to work the assembly line when needed
Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
Must be willing to adapt to continuous improvement environment
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
