Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as an extension to theSales & Marketing and Qualityoperationsorganization and continue to gain thorough understanding of the current 'As is' environment,Sales & Marketingapplications, processes, challenges/gaps and requirements.
  • Translate business requirements accurately into high-quality System requirement specifications, Process workflow diagrams, and design, configure and test the changes made.
  • Define ideal and practical business system solutions while driving standardization within theSales & Marketing and Quality domains
  • Actively engage in the business transformation efforts by understanding the business vision and translating that to a supportable and efficient systems roadmap/implementation plan.
  • Be the IT SME and go-to person for theSales & Marketing and Quality business areasin providing support related to SAPS4 modules.
  • Use Agile methodology to gather, prioritize, and deliver on agreed-upon requirements and timelines.
  • Troubleshootany issues or problemsand offer system/process solutions.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing for implementation and enhancements.
  • Provide support in enhancing/building/sustainingnew integrations and workflow processes with other systems likeQMS, Salesforce, Agile, MasterControl,etc.
  • Advocate for and influence the business stakeholders on using standard SAP out-of-the-box functionality wherever applicable.
  • Act as a liaison between business and SAPandmaintain IT business systems integrity by supporting the necessary release upgrades
  • Project manage small/medium initiatives which include but is not limited to planning, scoping, developing estimates, managing, and delivering the project within the agreed-upon timeline and budget.
  • Perform periodic documentation updates/conduct refresher trainings to the super users on recent changes made
  • Roll-out the changes/projects into Production system following the IT Change Control processes and framework.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred or Desired:

  • Prior knowledge, experience and understandingofthe O2C / Sales & Marketing and Quality modules within SAP,and hands-on experiencesupporting these business areaswithin SAP as well as non-SAP application solutions.
  • Previous experience working in regulated discrete manufacturing industries likemedicaldevices, biotech, or pharmaceutical supporting SAP is a huge plus.
  • Good understanding of 3rdParty application solutionsand how they integrate with SAP S4 HANA Production processes

Required:

  • 5+ years' experience in various roles in the design,implementation,and support of ERP systems, with specific experience inSAP S4/HANAorECC platforms (O2C, Sales & Marketing and Quality)
  • Experience in gathering business requirements, developing functional SAP designs,configuring,troubleshooting, and providingend-usersupport andtraining.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional experiencei.e.,ability to look at theend-to-endprocess and understand how it fits together.
  • Demonstrated ability tolead and facilitate user design workshopsandassist in facilitating the adoption of the new/changed business processes
  • Prior experience in helpingautomate/digitize businessprocessesandhaveledthe functions through continuous improvementof the system processes.
  • Adept in developing and maintaining relationship withglobalstakeholders.
  • Experiencewith project managingsmall/medium initiatives which includebut is not limited toplanning, scoping, developing estimates, managing, and delivering the projectwithin the agreed-upon timeline and budget.
  • Strongcommunication, influential,analytical,andproblem-solvingskills.
  • Quick learner, highly motivated and driven to learn and adopt new technological skills.
  • Ability to workunder ambiguity andin a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at a time.
  • Desire tolearn and stretch beyond current abilities and skillsets, with a proven history ofgrowthin previous roles.

Accuray pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Accuray Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
