Area Sales Manager - Neurocritical Care

Salt Lake City, UT - Remote

As a TEAMMATE : The Area Sales Manager - Neurocritical Care is a key individual contributor role within the Natus Neuro division, not only for our company but also for the lives of the patients and hospital staff we touch through our products. Through the business relationships you create and maintain, you'll provide high quality Neurocritical Care products customers need to improve care to the patients they serve. You'll specialize in selling Neurocritical Care/ICU, monitoring products as well as disposable support products.

Territory: This area sales manager will cover: Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Nebraska and Utah- *Additional areas may be added

What you'll get to do in this role:

  • Forecast and drive your territory's business by meeting or exceeding your monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Generate new sales leads through your effective prospecting efforts in your territory as well as maintain and enhance your relationships with your existing customers.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Sales Specialists to educate and follow up with Heads of Surgery, Medical Doctors, Surgeons and other medical staff members on the operation, utilization and application of our product lines.
  • Get to work closely with your customers in the operating room during medical procedures.
  • Schedule and conduct personalized sales demonstrations to the MD and Clinical market within assigned territory.
  • Keep track of your detailed pipeline activity through Siebel CRM.

Travel Requirements: Up to 75%

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required, preferably with a health sciences or marketing focus OR equivalent work experience in sales
  • Minimum 5 years' sales experience required with medical capital and/or medical product sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of operating room standard procedures and protocols, experience in Neurosurgical specialties is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills.
  • Previous working experience with Siebel or other CRM programs.
  • Valid Drivers license
