Acara Solutions is seeking qualified candidates to work at our client site in Clarence, NY.

Here's what you'll do:
The Harnessing department makes wire harnesses for high-end electronics. Harnesses have connectors on the ends and are used in a variety of parts and products. Working in the Harnessing roles, you'll have an opportunity to work in a lot of different and unique functions. If you're comfortable with basic math, have background in small hand tools, and are eager to learn - we want to speak with you!
Hours: Monday-Friday; 6:30am start- 3pm or 4pm. 5:30am start time will be available following training.
1st shift starts at $16/hr. Will be reviewed at 4-weeks and if meeting expectations (attendance, safety, communication, quality of work and sense of urgency) pay will increase to $17/hr. Temp to Hire.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
1) High school diploma
2) Must be able to read a basic ruler
3) Must have at least one year utilizing basic hand tools
4) Must be able to differentiate between various colors.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Must have good hand-eye coordination.
Detail oriented
Must know how to measure and be proficient in basic mathematics
The ability to learn the processes and procedures quickly and retain the information given
Must have dependable transportation
