Description
The Account Manager role acts as the point person for our clients. You'll be working with your accounts on a daily basis to ensure questions are answered, SLAs are being met, and driving home the customer experience. You'll serve as their logistics expert every step of the way, while also actively engaging and on-boarding new accounts throughout the entire sales cycle.
Here is what a typical day as an Account Manager looks like:
  • Working alongside a group of passionate and energetic teammates at a high-growth company.
  • Effectively researching and helping to generate lead lists for sales opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Organizing HubSpot information gathered from our clients and managing your pipeline.
  • Engaging new leads and working with them throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize the sales process.
  • Quoting and booking freight shipments.
  • Handling client's customer service calls/inquiries, returns, and claims submittals.
  • Handling client's quotations for new services and account upgrades.
  • Hitting revenue targets (quota carrying role).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • 2 years experience in sales, customer service or account management


Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • experience in logistics/supply chain/inventory
  • Communication and social skills.
  • Understanding of CRM tools.
  • High energy level.
  • Organizational excellence and ability to multitask.
  • Desire to learn sales.
  • Computer literate with advanced skills.
  • History of reaching & exceeding goals.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in groups.
