Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for oversight direct/indirect of the facility management for all 80+ corporate locations in the LS&Co portfolio including offices, distribution centers, data centers, and specialty offices with a specific focus on the 350K sq ft corporate HQ in San Francisco.
  • Oversight of regional facility leaders. Manage process for capturing key information from regional leads and summarizing information to the head of Global Facilities and Real Estate.
  • Lead reporting oversight for Global portfolio of locations including budget, occupancy, and building operations.
  • HQ oversight for building equipment monitoring, maintenance & repair (server farm, HVAC, life safety, UPS, generators, cooling towers, fire suppression, pumps, etc.)
  • Business Continuity Support - Monthly emergency power test & transfer (server farm, pumps, etc.)
  • HQ Building interiors & exterior monitoring, maintenance & repair including, roof, windows, landscaping, carpet, paint, ceiling, walls, lights, electrical, plumbing, etc. and all finishes.
  • Oversight of construction management process for improvements to existing locations (conceptual design, estimating, budget management, schedule & build)
  • Ensure compliance of building Inspections (e.i. High rise annual walkthrough inspection, SSFD annual high rise evacuation drill, health department, building department, OSHA, electrical inspector, etc.)
  • Review tenant maintenance & improvement requests, costs and execute (life safety, roof, foundation, etc.)
  • FF&E installation & procurement. Asset management property accounting support.
  • Oversight related to management of building services including cafeteria & catering services, mail & freight, courier service janitorial green cleaning program (LEED), beverage, vending, shuttle, etc.
  • Building equipment maintenance, testing, repair & replacement of critical building systems
  • Manage vendor relationship of third parties supporting our network of locations.
  • Manage global floorplans of corporate locations.
  • Manage team responsible for company events at corporate offices for employees and senior executives.
  • Manages off-site FF&E Storage & moving services. Relocation/move management for HQ.
  • Manages home office operating budget (approx. 21M/annually) and review global operating budget including long term business plans development.
  • Manage procurement & RFP process for all HQ facilities goods & services.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $113,000- $174,500. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
